In recent years (20 years ago), a new microgeneration has been conducted named Zinnennial, which decribes people who overlap both generations. This was made since Millennial ands Gen Z are generations that lasts very long and overlap various technological discovories and historical moments. For instance, A Millennial born in 1980 and 1995 obviously did not have experience the same childhood, same with a zoomer from the late 90s vs one that was born in 2011 who most likely is an IPad Baby.

What is /co/'s stance on this? They are infamous for creating the "boomer, zoomer, doomer, coomer, yoomer" Wojak spam for the past decade.

It’s too small to be a fully fledged cohort. They’re 10-20 years long because that’s enough time for society to change and childhood and adulthood to be different. Breaking it up into such small groups seems like a waste of time.

I think the whole generational fight thing is retarded, it's mostly pushed by people who just wanna fight for absolutely no reason other than to just waste the other persons time.
Millennials and Gen Z will always not like each other, each side has different beliefs and values and they don't mix well. Now not all millennials and Zoomers are the same but the very loud ones are the ones that get over represented a lot.
Zillenials is a term made by people who got gaslight by both sides and don't wanna associate with either, which I understand, this whole argument is tiring and we should just scrap the whole thing.
