>>149049184 (OP)I mean, I guess it's pretty good for SEO reasons, since pro and anti AI guys are constantly searching for that stuff.
Soulless to try to leverage that for clicks though. (It worked on OP, who is a fag.)
Also interesting:
>Lex = real artists struggling and suffering for their art>Supes = AI that surpasses all the artists with no time/effort neededI can't tell if he's an AI fan or not here.
It IS true though, AI objectively produces better quality and more soulful art than the bottom half of all artists, and that's a truth that a lot of artists need to learn from.
A TON of artists really just coast along and don't put in any effort to learning new shit or experimenting, the bottom 2/3rds of all artists just think "quantity = success" or "effort = rewards".
They'll pick some generic popular style, ape it, then grind it to dust, get some Patreon money, then start kicking and screaming about how [politician] is stopping them from making a living or that AI is the singular reason why they're not rich yet despite working on their art 12 hours a day.
Years pass and their art doesn't get any better, maybe more "polished", but not better. Artists falling into the same generic poses, the same expressions, no experimentation, no thought behind those eyes, just as generic as any no-effort AI output, and they'll do it year after year until they crash out in a blaze of glory, or they leave an ambiguous "goodbye" post somewhere and quit.
Man, I still have memories of one artist spending literally no joke about 16 hours a day, every day, for at least a year (two?) just yelling at AI Discord servers, chimping out because he's not rich yet and another artist thought his art looked like AI once (this was back when AI couldn't do hands at all, and he couldn't draw hands either.) Nigga just wouldn't stop, he even got banned from a fuckload of art servers for being a little autist.
