About 15 years ago that Aqua Teen bit inspired me to buy some fake brains that grow in water, stuff them in a bunch of jars (adding some food coloring for visual variety), put them in front of window, and you know what? It DID look really fucking cool. I used to put them back up every year for Halloween and the neighbors who weren’t huge bitches would tell me how they awesome looked from the street too.

All by violating your creation. The mutilate your work with hour long drivel videos that become the new reality (as perceived by the mass of consumers) of your work.
It's maddening really.

Now with AI tools this has started to spread to less popular creations as well.
I can't even imagine how I would deal with having something I cherished enough to put in the work to make desecrated like this.

Keep in mind I'm not against pornographic content in general. I've never been a fan of 3DPD stuff, but I did and still do enjoy Monster Girl Quest and the like, though less so than in my youth.
It just pains me to imagine having something that is truly "my own" taken by a mass of normalfags who simply do not care.
This happened when what used to be niche hobbies, escapism (anime/manga, video games) became mainstream. The masses have distorted what once was and the "space" turned hostile to the likes of myself.

Again this might just sound like I'm hating on people for "enjoying things wrong", but the superficial nature of the general public has and will shape everything it reaches as the market adapts to a newfound demand.

Creepy Suzy was supposed to be the star originally. She was always a powerhouse of a character, but the studio thought making "The Simpsons but disabled" was a better idea. Now I still love the show, but Creepy Suzzy is so iconic and steals every scene she is in. They gave the fat froggy thing 2 episodes, but no episodes for an icon. She only had like five minutes of screen time, but is still remembered fondly because she is a fascinating and unique character. Reducing her legacy to just a coomer obsession is so disingenuous. Also fuck you the creator was never this enthusiastic with the derection the show went into. either way it's easy to immediately jump to Suzy due to having one of the most immediately recognizable designs in the show. Nearly everyone else is kind of bland and nondescript. Most are a collection of the same stick figures but wearing slightly different clothes. Suzy has a different pose, color, more hair than most characters, more of an expression than most characters, and floats. She is the most unique character of the bunch.
