I wouldn't say Diane and Princess Caroline "got everything they wanted and had everything go their way". Sure the show ended on more of an upswing in their lives, but neither of them ended up in situations they were envisioning for themselves at the beginning of the show

Yeah Rigby doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. It should be Eileen. She wanted Rigby whose love was unrequited, won him, and transformed him into a model adult. Basically a fulfilled "I can fix him" fantasy by a storyboarder's self insert.

Man I dunno, I just want to read/watch a story that feels satisfying for that character, that's all. No angsty artsy stuff, just give me a good happy ending that fits the tone of the show and the character.

For future generations of kids we need to make a hero who outplays everyone and stays on top no matter the situation or side he's on, a lesson in the style of "it's okay to be a loser" so just be patient and accept your fate, this is complete crap as a moral of a story for kids.

We need a Hero who would say something like "I foresaw all this and beat you all before you even realized it" Like Jotaro or Joseph.

You can give your own example, not as stupid as I gave, the main thing is that the Kid who watches the cartoon understands that being a loser is complete crap, maybe then the next generation will be the Chads.

idk about the other but PB, Marceline and Rigby do not apply to this.
They did not go their way for they had to change and grow to get their happy ending.
PB had to get over her paranoia and realise she can't always control everything
Marceline had to come to terms that she runs away from her issues and that she should just lear to open up to others
And Rigby learnt to stop being selfish and to start acting more mature

ALSO Finn wouldn't ever die alone since he is literally adored by everyone in Ooo so when he did die I assume there was a big event and giant statues of him(and jake and BMO) made so
