I was playing vidya when i should've been workong on art, but then the vidya made me excited enough to draw this so it worked out in the end.

I think it came out pretty cool, I'm really happy, a year or so ago I wouldn't even have gotten past half assed lines let alone following through to the end. It's one of those happy moments where you had an idea in your brain and you manage to actually get as much of it out onto a piece as you could.

This is Padmavati. She has Implant-Induced Dwarfism with mild neoteny as a result of having a cybernetic health suite installed before puberty due to a congenital heart defect. It saved her life, but registered puberty as an unhealthy metabolic change due to not updating the drivers on schedule. By the time her parents noticed, the damage was done, and hormone treatments could only accomplish so much without further disfigurement.
As a result, she's 3'6" and 67 lbs. of bitter, angry overcompensation. Smokes like a chimney, drinks like a fish, and desperately hides any remotely childish interests or tendencies, like watching cartoons, having a sweet tooth, and playing video games.
