The Thinking Critical guy claims in this video that he got info from someone in the industry who has access to Penguin House and Lunar order numbers, and found out that Amazing Spider-Man's orders for May are around 48,000 (he also says later in the video that both #3 and 4's sales were below 50,000) and the orders for One World Under Doom were around 40,000 in May. When he says orders I assume he means orders to retailers like the old Diamond charts and not the ComicHub chart that charts sales to customers.

Eventually this will probably spread around other social media or something, people will debate whether or not the info is real or if Thinking Critical is part of Comicsgate or something and probably at some point Marvel will have to argue against it or get their proxies to do so, if it's untrue.

But I will say that this kind of explains how odd things have been lately, like putting Marvel Masterworks on hiatus and Iron Man supposedly getting canceled after ten issues and the weird way some people are acting online getting defensive about ASM and lashing out

You posted this thread earlier and it died after like 10 replies. The problem with listening to any of these guys is that they constantly say x is going to die with pathetic thumbnails and titles. They do it so much and so often and they are wrong 9/10 times. Of course a broken clock is right twice a day but even then. Why can I trust this person to some how know someone in publishing when their other information is always speculative? The comics are shit and they renumbered it so they are probably selling low and do need course correct. That one is explainable though. The market for that had shrunk to like a Facebook group. Most people moved on to collections in other ways, Epics are better for filling holes in runs, they were a good project whose time has passed.

ASM is much better now than it was under Wells. Joe Kelly is a good writer, I liked his Deadpool, and I quite enjoy what he's doing to Spidey now. Hell, even JRJR's art looks better now than during Wells' run, it feels like it's the 2000s again. I also hope Peter and Felicia stick together this time.
I don't care about grifters who say shit about ASM now, I hated Wells' run as well, but Kelly's is good so far.
