What we'll get: Mostly characters where animations can be reused, especially for flying and such, hence why Bulletproof makes it in, and likely more moveset-less characters like Immortal that they'll have to invent moves for for the game.
I have no interest in fighting games, but if most of the playable characters are viltrumites, I would hope that flying would make it something more than just another generic fighting game, but it looks like there isn't a shred of creativity to it.

If studios and IP holders had balls, just base it off the alt world Invincibles. Then just have world shape to whatever crazy shit the person decides to do. Allows for costume customization and bunch of endings depending on what you did as the bad guy.
But this shit is too ambitious and we just want the iphone budget bin market.
