Caine was able to manipulate Pomni's free will too in episode 3. He can probably just do whatever if he has a workaround or loophole as part of the 'adventure'. He also seems to be getting close to going rogue at this point with Zooble constantly pissing him off

Well the main reason I thought of Evil Pomni = Surge is how she swears and blatantly chills with the real Jax so she's definitively malevolent even if she didn't get to do much. I find it amusing that though Evil Pomni is censored you can understand she's a Bad Girl. Surge has no censorship and she FAILS at being menacing.
And is it just me or is this new episode NOT as popular as the previous three? Seems Digital Circus is somewhat fizzling out.
