I want ADC to be good, but its just not.
Its not bad, but its not good either.
The writing it extremely bland. Everything is predictable and forced. Everything and every scene and moment has been done before.

The animation is fine. The voice acting is good. But the story brings nothing to the table.
I've seen "trapped in the game" plot many times.
I've seen "in real life I was going through some hard times" before.
I've seen the funny guy/rascal actually has issues and feelings before.
I've seen the person whose always nice is actually really said or overcompensating before.
I've seen the silly/crazy guy is actually wise before.
I've seen all these things done before, and done much better.
We're also 5 episodes in and we're seeing no clear goal, and it seems like they're running out of scenarios.

I feel like the first couple of episodes were too formulaic for Glitch, if that makes any sense. The latter couple actually feel like something Gooseworx would actually make. It is still mid though, it is just more of a distinct type of mid.

I like it more than Murder Drones and Hazbin or Helluva but that is really not saying much, there is really not that much to latch in the series as a whole onto apart from the whacky animations and the sad conversations in between them.

My main issue with this show is I don't like the designs of the main characters. They look ridiculous. And the plot is generic and been done before in other movies and series. It's all so.....uninspired. Now is it better than Murder Drones and Gaslight District oh yes.

However its still not great. Seems like Digital Circus became successful mostly because modern media is AWFUL. Digital Circus' competition is trash like...

The designs are very good, I don't know wtf is your deal with them, they look memorable and cool. The concept can go interesting ways. Biggest issue right now is that the writing is kind of stiff, lot of the dialogues don't feel natural, I doubt this will change. Maybe it is intentional tho.

I really loved Murder Drones, I don't think TADC captures my interest nearly as much though. Just don't find it very interesting, but I can see why others would like it. It's just different shows for different folks.

That's the good thing about Glitch I think. Because they produce each show for a different online creator showrunner, there's a selection where you can enjoy some and not like others depending on what you like.

This show is just small snippets of information spread around 20 minutes of pointless adventures and unfunny gags. Like I don't think the show is bad, it's well made and entertaining enough. But the TADC fanboys jerking it off and making it out to be a super deep character exploration story do get a little bit annoying, because said character exploration tends to just be "therapy talk with Pomni". At least right now.
Again, it's not like the show sucks. I'm not extremely into it but I think it's alright. I do also think it does way too much telling and not showing. Meanwhile something like, for example, Murder Drones does a lot of showing and very little telling - perhaps too much for some people.

I didn't like either, Because at first, I thought that not remembering their names meant that they didn't remember their memories either, but then it became clear that they did remember. Are you telling me that these characters with normal lives, who have been stuck there for God knows how long, have never talked about their past? “Oh, I'm a bartender and I do tattoos.” “I do urban exploration.” “I come from a rich family.” What reason is there for them never having talked about this? This episode would only make sense if it were the second episode and everyone had just arrived recently.

The show has it "up" and "down" moments where its either interesting story about Pomni and some dedicated boring episode about somebody else.

Like episode 2 is cool because it explores Pomni's love interest, then its some boring Spooky house where she's a secondary, and then episode 4 is more again about Pomni and not able to deal with NPC problem. Now we're in the "episode where nothing happens and Pomni is irrelevant" so i expect its again about Pomni's feelings in episode 6.

I see it that Episodes 1 and 2 remembered they were in a VR game and this was used in the scenarios, the problems, etc. Pomni was adapting to her situation and stressing out
Then from Episode 3 onwards, Pomni has kind of just quietly accepted her fate and now everyone just sits around and talks about their feelings, with adventures which incorporate the video game element less and less. Episode 3 had the easy and hard mode puzzles so still game like, but no glitchy mess aside from a brief Caine bit. Episode 4 dropped the gameplay segment entirely as there was no win state, and again the glitch was just a brief Caine moment. Episode 5 didn’t even have a glitch and felt more like random TV shows than a video game.
