A friend of a friend has experience with commercial animation (has worked for things like advertising and music videos), and I sent him the commercial and some fanart through WhatsApp. He found it all very interesting.
I asked him if he could make a comic and said that he could write a script and draw a storyboard instead, but didn't guarantee that he would have the time.
Then like 3 days later he said that he started it, but it's gonna be very slow and may not actually finish it if his workload increases.
And before you ask, no, his workload is not animation. He is a chemist by trade.
But yes, with luck we'll see an "episode", of sorts.

Stacie, yes. that's whom I meant. She looks like roughly the right age. Maybe a little older, but you could fudge that. Yeah if they used her body as the base (and I assume she already shares it with a bunch of multiethnic friends like the others) that could work out fine.
