Even if you don't buy Spiderman's 5 pieces of country Level Scaling, it's hard to deny that Spiderman is much faster.

Meanwhile, Marvel Street Tier has tons of FTL scaling including Captain America blocking Cyclops light speed optic blasts at point blank. Cap also blocked a light speed needle once. Cyclops, Daredevil, Beast and A.I. Lyla all have nanosecond reaction speeds at 5.5c . Spiderman himself has feats of 9.3c and Spiderman 2099, who has no spidersense , has a 9.4 c feat.
