I had to hop back on the retail horse and holy hell, I already want to quit, I think I'd rather be homeless
It's weird because I've worked these types of jobs for nearly 10 years when I was 16-mid 20s. Now that I'm 30, I can't stand it anymore.
Tried applying to better jobs to no success despite recently having a degree (although it's a marketing degree so it's my own fault)

It's because I was unable to realize my animation ambitions. I genuinely can't even look at a cartoon without being filled with unironic, seething rage. Meanwhile I have to wage at goddamn grocery stores all day every day to afford my shitty apartment that now costs $1.4k

Plenty of cartoons come straight from comics and anybody can make one. The HTTYD remake originates in a children’s book.

Working as a butcher for these last years has given me the financial and mental stability to improve on my drawing skills.

Plus I am now an expert on animal anatomy.
