I had to hop back on the retail horse and holy hell, I already want to quit, I think I'd rather be homeless
It's weird because I've worked these types of jobs for nearly 10 years when I was 16-mid 20s. Now that I'm 30, I can't stand it anymore.
Tried applying to better jobs to no success despite recently having a degree (although it's a marketing degree so it's my own fault)
>doesn't want animators to have jobs >bitches and moans and cries and shits himself when there's nothing to watch
I know it's bait but I see this happen a lot. Is it just jealousy?

The problem is that people are in California, if they'd let other states besides Georgia and Florida to make cartoons and not having to follow LA's bullshit rules then we could have more people working in animation.
But the millennial women in charge won't allow it because they want all the control.
Wait, 4chan is pro NEET, why do anons here fetishize wage labor? I swear some people would literally would post the S.W.E.A.T pledge. What's next, unironic shilling for anons to join the military to fight in the Iran war?

For me?
It's because I was unable to realize my animation ambitions. I genuinely can't even look at a cartoon without being filled with unironic, seething rage. Meanwhile I have to wage at goddamn grocery stores all day every day to afford my shitty apartment that now costs $1.4k
If I can't be happy, I don't want any other artist to be either

They're always hiring for senior animators, anywhere in the world actually but a lot of the guys in the US don't have the skill set. Like I know this one guy they fly him from LA to Vancouver because of j

Artists don't have the creative control you think they do.
