Cartoonist Gladys Parker was so cool, bros!
She looks like an arthoe pretending to be a flapper.
I know she's real I'm just saying it's funny
Mopsy is one of those comics that I'm surprised doesn't have more of a cult following on /co/. The gags range from inoffensively forgettable to mildly amusing, but the art is wonderful and the character designs are ULTRA stylish.
In fact, Golden Age "girlie" comics generally had art great enough to be of interest for that factor alone. Torchy by Bill Ward is a great example.
But if you're looking for similar "fashion forward" books then look up Katy Keene by Bill Woggon, and especially the names Dorothy Urfer, Virginia Huget, and Nell Brinkley.
