Spawn vs Ghost Rider and Simon vs Kyle were both winners against a statistically superior opponent even if Simon technically could win out on stats

I think RF vs GB is the closest analogue since they are going to argue Miles as faster, FTL Marvel peak humans are a thing Death Battle believes from Iron Fist vs Po and the Spider-Man feat they use for it is 'faster' than MHA's light dodging (never mind that Spidey uses Spider-Sense to know when and where he's going to fire and isn't reacting to the lasers themselves, but whatever...). Because when Ultimate Peter died, then later on Miles took up the mantle, he was just Spider-Man. The lack of an additional moniker has sorta been baked into him. So when Marvel used the Incursion to combine aspects from Ultimate into 616, they were left with Miles and Peter being Spider-Man.
I guess if we wanted to use a specific moniker, then it might make sense to call Miles Ultimate Spider-Man, but given that the Ultimate universe has been recreated by the Maker and thereby we now have a new Ultimate Spider-Man in the form of Peter... We're back in the same boat again.
