What happened with the DVD box set was that they just lazily reused what already existed, and since nothing existed in america after season 3 besides the movie, they reused the international DVDs with those censorship problems. From what I heard when a lot of the discs start there's not even a Warner Home Video logo in the beginning which would make sense considering they were distributed by Madman Entertainment or whatever elsewhere, so they probably just removed anything like that and added nothing.

At least Ben 10's release was so ridiculously bad with like 100-200 missing episodes (because it was supposed to include multiple series or something) that people actually complained and the people behind these releases had to do manual work to fix that one. We may only get a fix if they ever do a complete Regular Show release on Blu-ray since I think that'd be the first time anywhere, so there's nothing they can reuse from Australia or the UK or whatever. I remember posting the UK edits here a long ass time ago and having a laugh with people about the dubbed over loud ass snoring and DRUZNIC WRITING? (nothing appears) shit they were getting, I'd never have imagined a complete release in the US after so many years of nothing would bring that bullshit here.
