Has the ability to change her body t the molecular level only thing people do with her powers is make her arms and legs bigger.
I genuinely don't get it she can do so much with this ability but people only want to do one thing with it. Not even Arcsys could think of anything and just made her big hands and feet McGee.

Looking at other people with her abilities on one end you get Ultimate Kars without the ability to regenerate. Then on the other end you get Atom Eve.

Because as much as people claim to love Kamala's original powers they never admit that the shapeshifting was something she almost never did

Marvel wanted the diversity points for having a visibly Paki hero, so she can't transform into other people or appearances because then she wouldn't be brown on panel enough and that would piss off Twitter

Because Wilson is a hack. The entire reason she had these powers was because Wilson wanted to make a heroic shapeshifter to counter the idea of it being a more villainous power, then dropped it after the first arc after deciding it aws a villain's power.

Although it could also be editorial made her drop the shapeshifting because they and corporate felt she was more marketable with the Plastic Man/Discount Mr. Fantastic power set.
