I'm assuming Bruce beat Doomsday with a fuckton of preptime, because Diana couldn't and Clark actually fucking died doing so.
This crossover doesn't allow for the time Batman needs to prepare for a fight with Metal Sonic in such a way that he'll decisively win when they fight, especially when Metal has a Chaos Emerald to harness.
I may be a Batman secondary, but I remember Batman having mech suits specifically made for huge fights and I'm not even talking about dumbass shit like the Justice Buster.

I feel like the worst part about this is how you can keep the general concept of this fight, but change the execution enough to where it comes across as more intense and memorable.

What I'm saying is that this is so close to being decent, hell most of the fights are. They're just flubbing the execution in obvious ways and it's baffling.
