I'd say his standard form is the beakless and subdued form you see in the mirror, and the beaked demon form with all of his wings and talons that you see in Princess and the Dragon is the "super" form, basically the equivalent of birds puffing out their feathers and wings for intimidation.

Although having thought about it (and shamelessly samefagging here) the closest thing I can see to a "super" form is probably this horrific ass thing. It's either that or the mass of arms and limbs and such you become in one of the other endings.

Honestly it feels like HB doesn't know what it wants to be. It tries to be comedic and then add lore, which it then undercuts or doesn't use, then of course this forced drama which doesn't make sense with its own tone. It's self indulgence and decadence with no point.
