watch lots of other comedians and read their material via subtitles, then try to imagine those moments if youre also there and associate it with real events in your life.

Comedy is really easy once you break the code. So, technically, there are three types of comedy: pattern interpreted, sexual humour, and nonsense humour. But really all humour is, is a surprise. Now, typically the surprise should at least kind of make sense.
