>>149163222>>149163364>supermanit's going to be the movie that exposes gunn as a writer & director. all his superhero movies & TV shows follow the same formula of "like GOTG but.." and it's so obvious he's trying to fit that formula here too. it wouldn't surprise me if all the superman stuff (including what we've seen in trailers) was less than 20% of the movie while the rest is about terrific & pals.
>FFi genuinely don't believe that a anyone is actually excited for fantastic four. none of the hype i've seen for it feels natural or organic.
>Maybe capeshit will finally be killed for good.if superman flops that's basically it for any prospect of a DC cinematic universe or any DC movie & show that doesn't involve batman.
if FF flops it won't kill the MCU as they're pretty much already in a sunk cost fallacy as it is.
like if iron man 2, thor, thor 2, agents of shield, age of ultron, inhumans, defenders, iron fist, luke cage, jessica jones, captain marvel, eternals, love & thunder, multiverse of madness, quantumania, she hulk, brave new world, wakanda forever, the marvels, secret invasion, black widow, ironheart and the entire MCU spider-man trilogy didn't kill the MCU then nothing will at this point.
