I didn't express myself correctly here.
The problem is that DB used Jogo's feat to calc Gojo's high end AP, something that any JJK fan would find strange because Gojo should have better on screen feats than him (and he has!)
What's the problem then? Well, DB argued Gojo (Scaling from Jogo) was city level (or City block) but Jogo's maximum meteor is anything but a City busting attack (because anyone with 2 pairs of eyes can obviously see that the attack didn't destroy Shibuya at all.)
What happens is that Gojo got Scaled to a STATEMENT of Jog (one that describes his Max Meteor as an attack that "Could render Shibuya to cinders") something that's obviously flowery language because we know Jogo's attack didn't destroy Shibuya at all.
Just to put things into perspective:
Sukuna's Domain expansion in Shibuya had a range of 200 meters and the aftermath of his this + his furnace made Jogo's max meteor look like nothing. This is an 200 meter explosion
Shibuya is 15.11 Square Kilometers in size, Sukuna couldn't even destroy 2% of Shibuya, to claim Jogo can destroy the entirety of it is utterly ridiculous, And Giving Mahito the same AP is straight up delusional.
And this chain of scaling has the funny side effect of making it so (according to DB) Gojo and Mahito are equal in AP
