Well yeah, that's how you say Mister Fantastic in Spanish.
That said, it's kinda weird how some names are translated, but others aren't, like how Batman remain Batman instead of Hombre Murciélago, while Wonder Woman is changed to Mujer Maravilla.

It mostly depends on how well the translated versions roll off the tongue, or, alternatively, on how catchy they sound in the target language. In the case of TV series and movie adaptations, for the sake of facilitating the dubbing process, there's also an extra incentive to match the spoken durations (i.e., the required number of lipflaps) of the translated names as closely as possible to those of the originals.

Hombre Murciélago is a bit awkward to pronounce when talking at a fast speed, and it's simply too long when compared to the much snappier Batman. Mujer Maravilla, however, although a couple of syllables longer than Wonder Woman, is relatively easy to pronounce, so dub voice actors can compensate for its extra length simply by speaking more quickly.

Interestingly, he's called "Míster Fantástico" in Castilian Spanish. It is indeed weird when names change and when they don't, and even weirder when it's inconsistent on different sides of the Ocean, like with Wolverine/Lobezno and Deadpool/Masacre.

Cute dog.
Also just meant it like in general you ARE supposed to trasnlate the "mister".
With that being said they do usually translate his name in other languages.
But I guess it can depend on the voice director tho even then it just means its isolated cases and not the norm.

So, there's a kid that washes cars outside of my office (in México).
He calls everyone "mister". As in:
"Buenos días Mister. Se lo lavo?"
