No one can, and that's the point. The Ring is power incarnate, and it's lure is so strong that no one except Sauron can 100% resist it. Its the final and greatest defense he put into the Ring; you'll never destroy it because at the moment of truth, you'll just claim its power for yourself. Its why Frodo failed at the end and why it took Gollum tripping by accident into the Crack of Doom that the Ring was ultimately destroyed.
