Dickless writing. Insecure, noncommittal, and too eager to get to the next big stupid setpiece or musical number she has in mind to stop and actually nail down the important details that would slightly unfuck the premise. It's vibes-based creativity in the worst way, and normally this sort of thing would not get made at all, but somehow it did and now it's everyone's problem to deal with.

I don't know if she hates lore, but she does have a habit of committing to the least interesting ideas even when she herself presents more compelling alternatives. With a single tweet she will kill all intrigue. Also, too much vital information about this world is expounded upon outside either of these shows.

He's effectively trying to "lead the narrative" and say he's "in charge" of hell. The other Sins KNOW he's lying, but does "everyone else" know this for a fact? I mean Ozzie and Fizz fucking was pretty fucking obvious, yet most Hellizens still treated it as a rumor until it was blatantly stated in public. Maybe Satan saying "I've ruled hell long before Lucifer" is his way of keeping his power in check by letting the masses believe his version of the story. He knows Lucifer can't be bothered to flex his power because of the events that are either happening or happened in HH, we don't exactly know WHEN the shows occur, not sure if Viv or the rest of the writing staff have confirmed the timeline between them (can't be bothered to go dive into the Wiki rn)

Vivzie has no grasp of story line
She wants her shows to be episodic but also wants important plot points and character and yada yada yada
Friendly reminder we still don't know Moxxie's Mother name but Crimson's henchmen got a name so that people could ship him.
Vivzie priorities is just whatever she thinks is cool at the moment and yaoi ships
Vivziepop's idea of lore is stealing from the bible and adapt it poorly with extra amounts of gay, the fuck you on about, a 15 year old goth kid could make something less pretentious than her

Wouldn't say it like "learning lessons" but generally, they hated him, for he spoke the truth. Worldbuilding is merely a means to whatever point a story is out there to make. If you fetishize it by itself you're an idiot, it does not exist in a vacuum.
