That, and specifically ones from the later seasons after the "golden age" early days, around the time OP's personal obsession aired. Channel Chasers is always in my mind rent free too but that was early FOP's swan song, so it deserves to be in my head. It's not surprising that Butch irl was friend with Seth MacFarlane, both of these guys helped me be a TV addict couch potato with their constant pop culture references.

I stopped watching before that, so whenever I see people justify Vicky liking Timmy i just think of the snow skiing one. Another post-rot skit I constantly remember is when Cosmo and Wanda go out on a date and talk about eating baby carrots and baby back ribs, and Cosmo is afraid they're gonna eat babies.
