She doesn't have much going for her. She's simply a prop for Pepe to chase after her. And sometimes that role can be filled by Sylvester. Unless they can totally reinvent her she has nothing. And they did reinvent her in Bug's Builders the edutainment cartoon, she's a fashionista like Rarity from MLP.

The real question is how can you reinvent her without Pepe while also making her cartoony. A fashionista isn't that looney. I would honestly make her the cat version of Courage the Cowardly Dog. Just a female character who stumbles upon endless misfortune desperately trying to keep her head above water to survive.
