Vriska Serket is my ideal as far as existing characters go, but if you asked me to push it further, I had a lot of fantasies as a kid and especially as a teen involving girls with black-and-blue or black-and-purple color schemes, and I also really like punk/goth/alternative/tomboy types with makeup and nasty piercings, so a Vriska-like character who was less stereotypically befanged, manipulative evil with a lot of metal in her face would be awesome.
