I think he was in charge when Tigra was made into the team bike in West Coast Avengers, then "Went feral", was shrunk to mouse sized and abandoned by the Avengers for more than a year. Eventually a writer remembered she existed and had Agatha Harkness rescue her. Not a good treatment of the character all around.

Most of that happened under DeFalco as EIC. Shooter just had Tigra be the first Avenger to quit the team because she realized she was out of her depth. And using an RIP thread to complain about his treatment of a D-lister is just bad form.
