Yes and no. It'd take the same amount of time as doing it normally (so it depends on you not being a complete brainlet or ADHD) but whenever your clone gets tired, sleepy or bored you can reabsorb him (in the process incorporating his memories and thus expanded skillset into yourself) and make a fresh new clone to continue studying/practicing. Not perfect but still a real timesaver.
