It's time we have a thread solely dedicated to this strong and beautiful woman. She's currently going through a lot in her life. Episode 5 revealed her deeply troubled and unfortunate past as a victim of parental abuse. She also probably felt deeply neglected and abandoned throughout the episode, the way Zooble looked genuinely surprised when Ragatha dared to chime into the bar conversation is enough to break my heart. Kinger congratulating on her softball victory was probably much better for her psyche than even she realizes. The show itself has shown that sometimes small acts of kindness can be enough to prevent abstraction, like shown in Gangle's close call in episode 4. Let's just give this gentle soul, Ragatha, at least a fraction of the love and affection she deserves. If only she knew how cherished she was outside the Digital Circus.

I’ve been a 2D female appreciator for pretty much my whole life (puppy love at 3-4 years old). I’ve never been the waifubrained guy, I’m into too many of them to obsess over one only. Imagine a character with a literal crutch, how much it would piss Jax off that he's limping like he's in the real world, that his leg isn't really injured here. But everyone is on the new guys side and lets him sit everything out. and accepts that he's in pain all the time. And it's Jax who bullies him into realizing that his injury is all in his head, and he literally gives up his crutch, you know, giving up a literal crutch that gave him an excuse to isolate himself and sit out of the adventures.

Hey, remember in the Darjeeling limited, when the main characters have be lugging around a huge set of their dead dad's luggage, and they throw it away, literally leaving behind the emotional baggage from their shitty parents?

From that point on he would be constantly enthusiastic, everything is positive for him. No matter what happens, he's just happy to be there.

So the gang is at the door, and Jax realizes that this guy isn't coming with them, that there is nothing for him outside the circus. Jax convinces him to come with them, that a bad real life with real friends is better than a fake life alone. But then he pushes Jax through the door, and stays in the digital circus

Meeting in the real world at a cafe outside the office they all got trapped in the circus at, the gang thinks about their friend. They reflect on their lives since leaving the circus, how they understand his choice to stay. That there was nothing for him in the real world, and it's his choice to be pain free, even if it's not what the rest of them wanted. when a crap car mounts the curb across the road, and a serious burn victim climbs out, limping over with a cane

The whole idea of the abstracted acting fairly normal in darkness is still sticking with me. Also in a horrifying way all the abstracted are just kinda locked in a dark pit for the rest of their lives.

I hope that Ragatha abastract alone in her room with no one by her side even in her last moments, but not only that, I hope that no one in the circus even notices her disappearance for several days thanks to being too busy with their true friendships, I hope that even when they finally realize what happened and have a funeral for Ragatha none of them have anything truly honest and good to say about her, and that as soon as the funeral is over everyone forgets about her completely

Episode 2 was a direct refutation that these people would “not care” a member to death. Pomni’s fear was that she would die alone and unremembered and she came to the conclusion this isn’t true at Kaufmo’s funeral. It also goes against Kinger’s lucid speech to her in episode 3, and her behavior in general.

Gangle will be the one to abstract, with each episode we have seen that the circus is having more bugs, and Caine getting more desperate with Zooble's attitude, he will at one point lose control and do something horrible to Zooble without meaning to, this will make everyone else see that they are always in real danger with Caine, and Gangle will not be able to endure it after seeing whatever Caine did to Zooble and so she will abstract.
