Yeah man, what we really need to sell the idea of the next big crossover is for the villain to come from a shitty underperforming 3rd movie in a franchise that people only like for the protagonist actor's goofy performance, who does nothing in his first movie outing, and who doesn't even have an established comic book fanbase to build on, being regarded by comic fans as edgy retcon garbage. Just let the studio that released Madame Web and Kraven set the tone for the MCU's next big budget gamble, what could go wrong?
