The second half was bad for sure but it can't be the absolute worst, let alone "15 worst cartoons ever" (I didn't watch the video, IDK where it is on that list). Like there must be a bunch of shitty Disney cartoons/cartoons in general that were bad enough to get canceled after a single season. And I'm not using seasons as an indicator of quality here, but just meaning some shows were probably so bad you might not be able to think of them at first because they were only for a couple weeks and made little impact.
