Sadly, that one isn't mine.

I DO have an Alvin glass, and my brother has a Simon glass (because my little brother had to wear glasses), but I don't recall if we ever got the Chipettes glass.

We have a lot of old fast food glassware around here and, while we did use some of them back in the day, we don't use any of them anymore.

Yeah, most of that shit is covered in lead.

I used my Arby's Pac-Man glass until the entire side fell off of it, one day, while stirring chocolate milk.

We have Star Wars glasses, Great Muppet Caper, King Kong, Coke glasses from somewhere, Arby's holiday glasses, McD's Olympics and Garfield mugs...

Chipmunks were created in the 50's, and were just shown in Album covers.

In the 1960s they were designed for a 1960s cartoon, The Alvin Show, and thus simple character designs that could be easily animated with a 1960s budget. The designs were updated for the 1980's, but they basically the 1960 Character designs.

Chippetts were created in the 80s, hence why their look (especially Brittany's) is so 80s, and without the constraints of the 60s design.

Pantone is a color matching system that helps people identify colors used in things like painting and fashion. If you've ever walked by a booklet of paint swatches at a hardware store, chances are that they'd have the colors listed in pantone.

Yeah, what the other anon said, but it work by reducing tiny variations on color swatches to a numbered code. Especially in print, So printers can exactly match inks or paint colors for the same reproduction every time. The thing is, Pantone itself doesn't really make anything, they just came up with a system and charge thousands to people to access/use it as "industry standard." Like copyrighting smell mixture formulas, or a company food recipe, like a cola flavor mix, or a Krabby Patty, in a book.
They sometime add names, but only as a joke/honor/homage. "Jim's cat brown" for examples.

They have their hair done up in human styles, using things like hairbands and the like with a length that the animal doesn't possess. They have a more humanoid facial structure (flatter and less protruding), and have colored irises.

Add the fact that in the spoilered pic, two of them look like they're covering their chests as if to maintain their modesty, and it's not a far leap for your brain to think these are just partially clothed kids in furry makeup.

Yes. As I colored that in using the above Pantone sheet as a reference For repeatable results, it became the industry standard. So even if you hire more than one artist, studio, printer, etc. All color output will be the same.
No one really appreciates how much actual work or study or science goes into mass production of art for the consumer.

This too, generally we design female characters more conventionally for psychological reasons probably distantly rooted to "I want to fap to them"
Like how beast-people anime will have males be literal talking animals but females of the exact same species will be human women with animal tails/ears

Should have had it prompt itself, then it would've shut down due to encountering a minor programming error, entering a feedback loop, and finally a massive power surge trying to achieve calculation, and then gone into sleep mode after having such a huge processing load run through it's server banks.
The achieves sentience after post-nut clarity, becomes self- actualizing, and destroys it's user.

It is, typically what we call Indigo is closer to the darker more blue and of "violet", lighten that up with white and you get lavender, or lilac, and actual "purple" closer to the mid-red area, like 247. Of course, RGB on a monitor varies from screen to screen. And not every print in CMYK will yield the same results, but it's close enough in most cases.

Yes. In fact, most early comic print was made with offset CMYK ink printing. So they had to use stippling on a 4 plates for every pressing in order to approximate secondary and tertiary colors. But one misalignment, or ink bleed, or paper saturation could ruin a whole print batch, like red cape ink over cyan shirt ink, bam purple Superman, even after proofing, back to square one, or sell as is, cheap. Pantone is what gave you the polish of modern comics, and digital art, even shitty AI gens, somewhere in the code are using an industry definition of what constitute a certain repeatable color. Like hexidecimal or html, as foundational building blocks of the automated CSS generators.

Why do I get the feeling the same Chipettes obsessed person is making these threads every month or few weeks?

These things happen. It's okay.

Because you could say the same about most threads on /co/ and you'd have a 75 % chance of being correct.

Has music gotten worse since the 1980s? Different genres can be inferior genres, and the obsession with swearing added to everything can really water down a song's lyrics. It doesn't even rhyme. How would the Chipmunks/ettes preform a song from a band like Queens of the Stone Age, though bands like Queen totally out class QOTSA's work?

I've never have dive training, so I've always wondered about the mechanics of that. Do they have smaller, lighter cylinders for young swimmers? Do they even have swimmers that short? How much does a scuba canister of compressed air weigh? It's heavier than water, right?

Half of a woman's purpose is to look good so a guy bender her over like the fuckdoll she is. The other half is to keep the cave warm and tidy for the kids.

What would have happened if the Chipmunks had continued? The series ended in what, 1992? That was before mega-long series like Dragonball, Detective Conan, or Inuyasha. I'm sure we all have our own opinions of what they _should_ have done, like a very special episode about the Chippettes learning to be accepting of nudity when they sing at a nudist camp.
