It's mostly because it's coming from a Poochie like Trinity. It's like the difference between making fun of Aquaman and Hawkman. Everyone knows Aquaman can be cool, it's just lighthearted to joke about him seeming lame. With Hawkman it's just kind of sad cause he was never cool in the first place. A nobody like Trinity acting like a brat to a brat like Jason doesn't make her more likeable, it just makes her even more annoying since she's more annoying than he ever was as Robin.
