>>149261914 (OP)When I was a kid I kind of liked Camp Lazlo. I don't remember much of it but it was fun for kids. It's kind of crazy how tv is so a la carte now. Without nostalgia bias, I think kids have a worse viewing experience not having "tv time" after school. Plopping down and alternating between CN and Nick for two hours. Having fun bumpers. Advertisements having to be goofy to entice kids. Being forced to rewatch an episode of Teen Titans since that's all that's on, making you commit more to being a fan.
I'm not being a boomer and saying plopping kids in front of a tv as a pacifier is God's gift, but it's like how families would sit by the radio for radio plays. It's a cultural story sharing moment and I do cherish the days from 2002-2010 with all my soul. Coming home from school and putting on Xiaolin, Jimmy Neutron, Naruto. What a life. It really was stolen from us, that bliss. It's not adulthood. It's the jews.
