Basically it is far more horror like (this is why I post judge doom) where a human fucks a female toon and her half human child later seeks revenge on her father.

I basically continued the line of thought. My interpretation (or fan fiction) is that she is some fucked up character, basically existing in a loony toons world where getting hit by hammers and bombs is normal however she is not fully a toon. Meaning she gets scared and experiences unbelievable pain and this is why she hates her father.

She has toon force powers however she suffers far more. Basically a evil judge dread emo mixture of a female edge lord who hides her scared body under clothing.

Why didn’t Bakshi keep making animated films after this? He should’ve just gone indie without relying on a big studio.

Toons may have toon force but they also can't "feel" things, neither emotional or physical. Holly explains this in the movie.
Because Pitt is in the toons world, it is implied he gets most of the worlds effects on him, such as not having aged since the 1940s or whenever the prologue takes place. So presumably he also doesn't feel pain like the toons, which is why he is reluctant to leave the place.

It is a dumb explanation but keep in mind that the movie got rewritten by executives which resulted in a fistfight between Bakshi and the producers. So there was never any chance for the movie to keep a coherent plot.

IIRC the original plot was the movie being straight up horror with a half human half toon kid going on a murderous rampage.
