Should of been about phone apps instead of focusing on emojis.

Not really. I actually liked it more than Ralph 2. I really liked the dance scene. And there is some really good music in the movie. Good Vibrations was written just for the movie.

No, it was an excellent children's movie. It offered very little beyond a novel interpretation of phone apps as locations, but it's only true sin was that it didn't even try to appeal to adults.

My favorite part is how the boy gets the girl at the end because she likes his emoji

Technically, the movie was competent. What was offensive about it was that it was clearly an executive-driven cash grab that unwittingly captured the fellow kids meme in cinematic form.

Even as a cute loli, Addie is vapid and lukewarm

The movie was just not original. Go watch Wreck It Ralph and The Lego Movie instead.

I think it holds the record for the highest number of product placement scenes. It was basically a big rolling ad. And they weren't too subtle about it.

Disposable "bee yourself" kids movie overhyped and overhated because grown ass men were offended by the concept
