What an odd thing to say.
No one gave me that opinion, it's all mine. That's your cue to say that it being my opinion makes me as dumb as the opinion, but A: I really don't care about anons insulting me as an anon, and B: It's certainly not dumb; what's dumb is to say, "This is the character for me." as though it's perfect, as is, and then misrepresent that character with a picture that drastically alters that character, either in physical appearance, or by depicting them doing something they would not normally ever do.
The most common form of this is someone going on about how much they love "Female Character X," but then posting a picture of her with tits, ass, and thighs inflated to the point she looks like a parade balloon.
Well, if that's what you're into, that's fine, but that also means, if you had to alter them so drastically to suit your tastes, that the character was never perfect to/for you, so the really dumb thing was making that statement to begin with.
