The newest kino dropped. Earth, somehow, is miraculously recovering. From the moon. Eating our planet's ass.

The faces of the planets "waking up" is too consistent for that to be the case.

The standards of space horror are so low it's underground.

Cosmic horror needs to be more indifferent, this just makes it look like there are other forces protecting us for no apparent reason. Why are the other staler bodies in our solar system alive but Earth is not? I mean, that is kind of a basic question anyone above the age of 10 would ask.

Apparently it's just so "good" now that people are quick to jump the gun, even though it has almost none of the telltale signs of AI that it just can't seem to shake---like I pointed out near the start of this thread, consistency. The animations of the various stellar bodies "waking up" all look too alike to be the work of AI, unless the creator has a VERY specific prompt for each animation. And at that point, so much effort has been put into the prompt alone that it's hard (for me, at least) to dismiss it as "slop." I'm not saying it's "good," I'm just saying it's clearly being made with some passion, even if that passion is for a weird idea that doesn't land.

I don't think those are AI voices? I think it's just the creator.

I like it more before it became self aware and started trying to inject humor into it to let the audience know it's aware of how dumb it is. Even if the premise was kind of stupid, the sincerity was a nice change of pace.

it has that ugly random noise all over that AI generated images often have (look at any "ghibli style" slop for a great example).

Like some kind of analog filter or something? Because it's inspired by Analog Horror or something?
>I'M PROOOOOOOMPTIIIINNNGG
Yes, if the creator has crafted a prompt that gets them consistent "planet waking up" animations, where the eyes and mouth look the same each and every time, that is a considerable amount of trial and error gone into making the prompt alone. And that's assuming it's AI from the bottom up...

Eh. The basic premise is interesting, but the plot is meandering nonsense and the voice acting sucks.
They should have just had no dialog, considering it adds nothing anyway.
