They weren’t quick, it got the same amount of episodes any other successful series got plus an extension.Cartoon Network wasn’t Nick where they would just drag a series for a decade or more at the time, 52-65 episode was the standard

Starfire getting no season of her own is just plain weird. I'd love an official expiation on why they opted for a second BB focused season instead of completing the cycle and giving each of the titans their own season.

I imagine they'd probably have to go into the whole thing about Tamaraneans being pieces of shit and Star's parents being cunts and they didn't want to do that. Plus, they'd already sort of resolved Star and Blackfire's arc from the comics in a kinda retarded way and that was pretty much all the two of them had.

People wanted more, they had an obligation to keep making more given there was an obvious demand. They were quick to shove it off when they meet their contract for the amount of episodes and didn't back out.
