Definitely not. The Sonic cartoons (at least the first few) were made by cartoonists and tv writers making entertainment based off a children's property that hadn't been around long enough to form an identity so they had the chance to be more creative. If autistic fans made it, they would just make it exactly like the video game and it would be boring and bland.

Super Mario Brothers Z is better than Sonic Prime, so objectively yes.

The best Sonic fans out there are the ones who make really high quality fan games, but every single time they try to add a story to those games it's by far the worst part of the entire package. It's always terrible and there are no exceptions.
