This movie was a really pleasant surprise. I went through all the Disney movies a few years ago and this was the next one after some real stinkers like Home on the Range and Chicken Little. I'd heard a lot of negative things about this one too, but I ended up enjoying it a lot.

I think there's a few too many members of the family considering how little most of them do in the movie. But Franny is great and one of the most underrated Disney moms.
Would have benefited greatly from a TV spin-off series. Either of Franny & Lewis as kids growing up, or following Wilbur in the future actually dealing with each member of the wider family.
