That is what bullies are actually like. Spent my time in high school as a 6'3 guy getting needled by insecure manlets because they know you're the one who gets in trouble if you put your hands on them. Only one had the balls to smack the back of my head in class and he folded immediately when I haymakered him in the mouth. Teacher saw everything and was cool so I didn't get in trouble and that's still the only time I've ever punched anybody.

Point is, girls aren't the only ones who bully better-looking members of their sex out of jealousy.

Cracking down on bullying and the stereotype of what bullying is kind of caused it. Zero tolerance on fights creates a sort of cold war system in schools, MCU Flash is the perfect example of a guy who's gotten a lot of attention from his parents in a way that made him a douche while never having to worry about someone punching him in the face for how he acts.
