Will Superhero fatigue be real if these fail?

I don't understand what they're trying to do with the FF. It's like they're trying to do this retro-nostalgic thing and it's not working at all because they're not doing any of the 60's stuff. It's just modern woke garbage with a 60's filter on it like that horrible new Spider-Man cartoon.

No, Spider-man movies will still make a gajillion.
These are two characters that have literally have had a nonstarter franchise every decade for the last three decades. People will always like some superheroes, just not all superheroes. Not even ones who are perennial favorites in comics.

>be real
It already is real, the superhero genre peaked and it's not recovering.
These movies will probably do fine, maybe even great, but don't expect them to do massive numbers like back in the day when modern superhero movies were still a novelty.

Superhero fatigue isn't real, and anyone using that phrase unironically is a loser mad that a subgenre don't like has staying power. Bad movie fatigue however is very real, and that's always been the real issue.

Check back in a few hours. If Superman gets a RT score less than 60% then it’s over.

Who gives a shit about critics? The box office is what matters.

nigga WHO is forcing you to watch these movies? don't you have anything else going on with your life to distract you from comic book movies?

The sales have been slowing down for the past few weeks because people are waiting on reviews.

Presales for Jurassic World were also pretty poor but as soon as the film opened everybody went to go see it. And that film got shit reviews.

Superhero fatigue is a cope of shitty writers unable to recreate MCU success

People want good action flicks, period. Superheroes allow for more creative and over top stuff, which makes it even better. But if you want to make your allegory about immigration (without Zod waving Krypton flag and burning stuff on Earth) or sell $80 Galactus popcorn bucket instead of providing entertainment, then nobody will want to pay for the tickets.

Really, MCU wasn't outstanding in the first place, excluding few movies. It shouldn't be hard.

They never started lol. Besides Iron Man 1 and The Winter Soldier, MCU is average to shit.
