Vivziesloppers on Reddit now say Mr. Rogers is a limp-dick faggot to defend it, often citing "Black Dynamite did it" but forget that Black Dynamite made Mr. Rogers a badass trying to save kids from child-diddlers and drug pushers Blitzo decried at the beginning of the episode (albeit in a misguided heroism attempt). Literally made him a god damned war hero that Black Dynamite respected but had to fight like hell to knock out (not kill). Even parodies like Mr. Crockett or Eddie Murphy's SNL skit made their version crafty and/or smart, never trying to make him the butt of the joke/talk shit about him as the punchline.

Vivziepop wanted people to clap like seals when they killed him as the joke was that he dies gorily and hypocritically freaks out after sharing a heartfelt speech with Loona. It's half-assed reactionary bullshit because she hated getting called out for being soft/losing edge after Sinsmas along with the woobie sue boohoo party shit in Ghostfuckers for Blitzo. Problem is that if you want Blitzo to be cool spec-ops assassin like you tried to throwback to Loo Loo Land then just have him cleanly snipe notRogers (Mr. Wrigglers) after he didn't freak out on Loona and accepted her. At least let Blitzo be a bastard for once rather than try to make a safe edgy gory kill where he was "protecting his baby Loonie bear".
