And I actually would like to talk about the specifics of DEI, but what we have instead is every plane crash, every train derailment we have people rushing to blame hypothetical unqualified shaniquas when we're looking at mechanical failures and, not that it matters, white conductors. That distraction is the ROI on DEI; blame in the public eye is shift away from regulations and policy, we don't blame the CEOs, we frame them as helplessly coerced into hiring people who made that happen.
