Is Mr. Burns anyone’s favorite Simpsons character?

It's like a three way tossup between him, Flanders, and Homer for me. Ever since I was a kid too, Bart weirdly never did much for me.

He's top 5 for sure.
Homer, Burns, and Lionel Hutz are the top 3 off the top of my head. I feel that Fat Tony and both Ralph and Clancy Wiggum have been very funny and every once in a while I find Bart, Moe, Comic Book Guy, Skinner, and Willie hilarious but not quite consistently enough to be a favorite.

He's probably the most comedically rich lol characters outside Homer and Bart...probably more than Bart even.

Some Burns moments had me actually gasping for breath the first time I saw them I was laughing so hard
