Who's the stonefaced guy with spikes

Who else would you add? I'd put Dante the Demon Killer.

That's Speedball in his "Penance" persona. His oh so tragic story is that he was a critical player in a superhero battle gone wrong that got a bunch of kids killed(started marvel's civil war). his powers got broken and now he needs to feel pain to activate them. So he made a costume with inverted thorns that would poke him as he wore it. One spike for every kid who died in the thing, and a special one by his heart cuz one of them was more important than the others some how.

Ryuuko is not that dark and is not especially mocked, she is just inspired by Shadow.

Shadow had some dark phases but he is taken seriously because he is cool and became one of the purest hero, getting along pretty well with Sonic and his friends.

I think it's only Sasuke who fit with it.

Poor girl had plans for this guy and he goes full edge on her. Also wasn't Tony's armor hacked and that's why he killed that ambassador? I'm sure his name was cleared of that.
