I think Evan was involved when they included certain characters (like the professor lady), but these were largely written and directed by Hesse, with additional art done by him also.
Although Hesse also announced that this life hack video would be his last one for a while (I guess someone else is taking his place on producing them), since his schedule is becoming too busy.

I really like Shadow and Sonic and Rouge's dynamic with each other in this shorts.

Shad05 worst enemy is, ironically, it's damn first level.
Sure the game has flaws, many flaws, but it is ludicrous how better the game becomes because the missions are a bit less ridiculous than:

And the level design is worst than terrible.
After that, the game becomes more manageable with the occasional shitty mission/horrible level design.

Anon, SA2 had some flaws, but it did a lot of things right. It explored some mature themes that didn't stop the kids from having fun and it was a fun treat for their older fans even if the writing was a little campy.

It managed to use the edge in a reasonable fashion and the game only wanted to tell a fun story and let the player go nuts with the Chao Garden and oogle at Rouge's jiggle physics. There was no ideological nonsense that was pushed in people's faces either. It was just a fun, janky game with primitive 3D graphics with 2D assets that helped boost the art style. It's was and can still be a very good launching pad.

I see this a lot, but her characterization in Boom isn't that much different at all. Outside the "team mom" aspect, she's just written like an actual character for once instead of being a semi-joke supporting character like in most games. Boom Amy still has multiple moments where she's sweet, caring, hot-tempered, and still has a crush on Sonic, albeit toned down.
