marvel studios has a history of copying warner bros.
marvel announced captain america 3 was going to be civil war a year after DC announced BvS. snyder’s justice league was shot in 2016 but when warners scrapped most of it and hired joss whedon to make the theatrical version, marvel somehow got ahold of that screenplay and copied specific things beat for beat in endgame.
